Birthday Present Cake
I made this cake for Micah's 15th birthday. It's two layers of strawberry cake stacked under 2 layers of white cake with cream cheese filling between each layer, coated in buttercream and then covered in fondant with fondant cutouts and a fondant bow and ribbon all made out of homemade marshmallow fondant. This cake was alot of fun and I'm really pleased with the way it turned out.

Ipod Touch Cake
This cake was also made for my friend, Charlie. This one was made to look like the Ipod Touch his family got him for his birthday. The cake was a fluffy homemade White Mountain Cake and easily carved around the corners. It was iced in jet black buttercream and smoothed to perfection by my mom. :) Fondant "apps" were applied. Silver pearl dust was applied to the outer edge and buttercream frosting was piped for the details.
Camou Cake
This was a FUN cake to make for my friend Charlie, a Navy Seabee. The inside of the cake was camou as well as the outside. The cake was 2 layers. The bottom layer was camou... the equivalent of 3 white cakes, each tinted a different shade of brown or green. The top layer was chocolate. Cream cheese filling held them together. The the cake was covered in a camou pattern with buttercream frosting. The Seabee emblem was not edible. This cake fed a TON of people at our church.
Fun Pumpkin Cake
Pink & Blue Baby Shower Cake
This was a baby shower cake I made for 2 moms in my church's MOPS group... one was having a boy, the other was having a girl. The cakes were yellow and chocolate, covered in tinted homemade marshmallow fondant, with marshmallow fondant roses and rolled fondant balls. White buttercream was piped for an added touch.
